We are Solid Property Inspections - your go-to choice for a residential home or commercial inspection. We were founded in 2020 with the hope to provide quality property inspection services we are based out of the Collin County area serving the entire Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Since then, we have proved our industry-leading position in the market through our close attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
My name is Bobby Holladay. My wife and I have lived our whole lives in North DFW. I love seeing new people move into the area and choosing to make this place their home. Before transitioning to property inspection, I worked for a high-end builder as a superintendent and warranty specialist. I learned the importance of professionalism, hard work, and paying attention to even the tiniest details - as they are the ones that can often make all the difference. My goal is to make homeowners’ lives easier and avoid surprises by inspecting the property before the move in day. We view property inspection as a way to provide a voice for your home. It is your right to live in a professionally inspected home and we want to help.

My name is Randy Whittington and I am honored to introduce myself as the newest member of Solid Property Inspections. Having been involved with the construction industry my entire life and a professional home inspector since 2019, I pride myself in being one of the most detailed and thorough inspectors out there, inspecting each home as if I was purchasing it myself. I take the time to explain what I find in plain language, so you fully understand the condition of your home. I want my clients to feel confident, informed, and comfortable before moving forward.
